The establishment of the Hub of Talents for the Development of Clinical Research Professionals focuses on bringing together experts in clinical research to enhance the country’s competitiveness in the research and development of medical and health products. These include pharmaceuticals, medical devices, herbal medicines or natural extracts, medical food supplements, and cell and gene therapy.

 

The Hub also aims to transfer clinical research knowledge through e-learning and hands-on training workshops to organizations both within and outside of academic medical institutions, as well as to aspiring young medical professionals. The initiative is supported by national and international experts and collaborative networks. Its primary goal is to develop a workforce with the skills and knowledge necessary to conduct clinical research in accordance with international standards.
